MORNING CLASS

Our early morning class is an ALL LEVELS class and the absolute best way to start the day!

JOIN US 5AM MONDAY TO FRIDAY!

YOGA, SPARRING & CLINCHING

Find your balance & increase flexibility with our Wednesday afternoon program which includes Yoga, stretching and breath work.  Sparring & Cliniching follows the yoga class.

 

Sparring enables you to enhance both offensive and defensive skills, fostering teamwork between you and your partner to improve reaction times. Keep in mind, sparring is distinct from fighting.

Participation in sparring sessions is restricted to members only (or members from a reciprocal martial arts gym but prior approval is required), and the use of designated gear is mandatory. These sessions provide a safe way to practice what you have learned in our classes.

FIGHTER'S ONLY CLASS

This class is invitation only.

Advanced class
Only fighters and those with their first fight coming up are allowed to attend.

SATURDAY MORNINGS WITH SAM

Our Saturday morning class is run by Nick 'TNT' Trask's personal fight camp coach Sam.

This is an all levels class and with one on one pad rounds with Sam.
